As well as the possibility of an acquisitive company or investor finding a match with a business already for sale in our portfolio, we do undertake assignments where we are engaged to identify, target and confidentially secure interest and contact with a target business or a number of businesses that are potentially available for acquisition in a particular sector, area or key aspect of interest to an acquirer.
We support the full acquisition cycle from developing acquisition strategy, undertaking the search assignment from start to finish and finally supporting the integration of the acquisition into the acquirer's business. Clients choose which elements of the service they require and this is confirmed in a written and costed brief.
