For business brokerage, exit and strategic planning we work with owner managers of small and medium sized businesses typically with a turnover of £1m to £20m where ultimately the sale of the business will realise between £500,000 and £5m+.  Our services are designed specifically for business owners to maximise the sale value of their business at their chosen time of exit and to improve profit in the intervening period.
 
When engaged to target and assist in acquisition of a business - we work with existing Business Principals', Investors and Entrepreneurs, seeking to acquire businesses, throughout the research, targeting and contact/negotiation stages of an acquisition.  Whilst our processes are well-defined we design each assignment with the client to meet their particular requirements.  This service is naturally undertaken under the strictest confidentiality and integrity to ensure the interests of our client are protected.
