Peter Lowman has been the Chief Executive of medium and large organisations since 1989 and managed major strategic and change programmes resulting in significant performance improvement and increased shareholder value.
He has many years experience of the recruitment industry and during seven years in strategic consultancy worked in the financial services, business to business, construction, engineering consultancy and food distribution sectors. In his corporate roles he has experience of acquisitions and their successful integration into the acquiring business. He works with Boards and senior management teams to quickly establish the challenges facing the business and opportunities for the future from which a practical and achievable implementation plan flows.
